Owl’s Outlook

The ubiquity of surveillance technologies underpins Owl’s Outlook, an installation combining dazzling materials, surveillance cameras hidden in inanimate birds, cages, and discarded televisions screening both pre-recorded and live footage.

The name refers to the group noun for owls and to the trust we place in parliamentarians. Owl’s Outlook was installed as a monitoring station at Midweek Social, Carriage Works.
